Charlie was the one that I think reacted very wrong doing as well one he wanted to push all the blame off on to everyone and that's why everyone acted wrong towards each other because really it was Steve and charlie rolling the blame off on someone else other then themselves, but I think it was worse with charlie cause when they were gonna hurt charlie he pushed it off onto the little boy Tommy and said it was all his fault they were hear and that he knew all about it.
